Welcome to Dispatch AI. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to the simple terms below. We've kept this plain on purpose.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Dispatch AI — your leads, clients, contacts, notes, and the messages, ads, images, and audio you generate or upload — belongs to you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help run the app for you. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service for your account.
How we protect it
Your data lives in our cloud database with industry-standard protections:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Isolated per account — your records are only accessible to you, enforced at the database level.
- Hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with regular backups.
We work hard to keep your data safe, but no online service can promise it is impossible to breach. If a security incident ever affects your data, we'll let you know promptly.
Using Dispatch AI responsibly
You agree to use the app lawfully. Because Dispatch AI can surface contact information and help you reach out, you are responsible for following the rules that apply to your outreach — including calling/texting laws (TCPA), Do-Not-Call lists, and email rules (CAN-SPAM) — and for getting any consent you need before contacting someone. Please honor opt-outs and any do-not-call flags.
AI-generated content
Messages, ads, images, and voiceovers are generated by AI and are meant as drafts. Always review and edit them before you send, publish, or print anything.
Your account
Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and data at any time, and you can export your data before you go.
The service "as is"
We aim to keep Dispatch AI reliable and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data from third-party sources is perfectly accurate. Use your own judgment.
