Privacy Policy

Dispatch AI ("Dispatch AI," "we," "us") provides software that helps local service businesses generate leads, manage outreach, and send email. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Dispatch AI web application at app.dispatchainow.ai.

Information we collect

We collect: (1) account information you provide when you sign up (name, email address, business details); (2) content you create or upload in the app, such as leads, contacts, messages, and campaign data; and (3) usage data needed to operate the service (log and diagnostic data).

Connecting your Google account (Gmail)

If you choose to connect your Google account so Dispatch AI can send email from your own address, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send and userinfo.email scopes. With your authorization we use these solely to:

The gmail.send scope grants send-only access. We do not read, import, store, or have access to the contents of your mailbox, inbox, or existing messages. We store the OAuth tokens needed to send on your behalf, encrypted, on our servers, and you can disconnect at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Limited Use disclosure. Dispatch AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except as necessary for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and provide the service, send the email you direct us to send, secure and maintain the platform, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google (Gmail sending, when you connect it), OpenAI (AI content generation), Stripe (billing), and licensed data providers used to fulfill features you request. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in our cloud database (Supabase) with access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens and other secrets are stored server-side and are never exposed to client browsers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete leads, messages, and other content within the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, or to revoke Gmail access, contact us at the address below; we will delete your data within 30 days except where retention is required by law. You can also revoke Dispatch AI's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your choices

You can disconnect your Google account from within Dispatch AI (Settings → "Send from your own email" → Disconnect), which removes the stored tokens. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and exercise applicable privacy rights (including under CCPA and similar laws), by contacting us.
